Our unique guesthouse, a blend of Swiss chalet and luxury beach villa, boasts magnificent and uninterrupted views of Camps Bay as well as the Atlantic Ocean and is located a few minutes from the Table Mountain Cable Car, the vibrant Cape Town city centre and a wonderful stroll to the famous Camps Bay beachfront with its internationally recognized Blue Flag status, delicious cuisine and trendy bars. Boutique@10 is a nonsmoking venue.

About us

We, Jennifer and Beach met on the Greek island of Ios in 1985 and have been together ever since, together forever, 35 years and counting in 2020! Involved in a near fatal accident in 1986, we learned to appreciate the simple pleasures in life and wake up choosing to be grateful, thankful and happy.

We bought our home in 1991 and opened Boutique@10 in late 2009. As fate would have it we ended up renovating our small, unique and special 1 bedroom cottage home with some beautiful historical material from a landmark, the President Hotel that was at that time being demolished.

We now live in the warmth, history and charm of the old President Hotel which complemented our original home, built in 1951, located in the most central position of Camps Bay and indeed feel very blessed. There are many incredible stories about the Polish couple who built the original house … the house has been built out of love with its sole intentions to comfort and protect, providing the perfect retreat for reflection and serenity for all those who enter. Our suites

Our award winning boutique guesthouse which opened in late 2009 features four luxurious, spacious and unique ocean facing guest suites and is situated on the central green belt in Camps Bay. Uninterrupted views of the breathtaking coastal landscape, from Lion’s Head to the north, the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic ocean below and Table Mountain’s Twelve Apostles to the south, blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is characteristic our very peaceful, private and unique home.

A Wonderful Stay in Camps Bay
We loved this cool house and felt right at home from the beginning. The views are stunning, overlooking Camps Bay Beach. We loved the wonderful breakfast that Beach made for us and enjoyed meeting new people at breakfast time. We had a perfect stay in Camps Bay and will definitely be back!
Would go again and highly recommend.

I was really honored to stay at Boutique@10. Beach and his wife made me feel so welcome from the first day. They made me feel comfortable, and were very friendly. Throughout my short vacation they insured that I had the best breakfast, assisted me in planning my excursions and made sure my room was clean and comfortable. I felt at home in their beautiful home filled with memorable pictures and different unique antique furniture. They're genuine and show a caring, fun spirit throughout.
I rate the food, property and stay a 10/10.

Staying here is like a warm bath
We stayed for 3 nights and would gladly have stayed longer. Jennifer and Beach make you feel at home right away. They really invest a lot of time in their guests helping out with reservations and providing useful information on trips and safety. The breakfast that they make is really superb. Beach in his "Good Lookin' is Cookin' " apron makes you everything you want, with the help of Cisco, and more ... Sometimes you really have to hold him back. When you have breakfast outside on the deck the view of the beach and bay is fenomenal from where the guest house is, up on the hill. And still the walk down to the boulevard takes only 15 minutes. After dinner I do recommend taking Uber transport back up though. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, well maintained and the bed is of high quality. In summary, we enjoyed the stay very much, thanks to the hospitality of Jennifer, Beach and their staff. Thank you all so much!

The best place to stay in Cape Town !
Amazing hosts, welcoming you with their hearts, amazing bedrooms (one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in my life !) with beautiful bathrooms, generous breakfasts, an amazing view on Camps Bay, and bonus : a swimming pool to enjoy after a sunny day!
After many travels to Cape Town, I can say without any doubt that Boutique @10 is the best place where to stay !

Our breakfasts are guest favourites and served on our expansive deck with views to die for and a smile. :). Beach likes to call it a No Fear only Flavour breakfast ... you decide. :)

Breakfast is served between 08h30 and 10h00. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know prior to your arrival and we shall try to accommodate.

Our breakfasts

  • Omelettes with a wide choice of vegetables, cheese and salami or ham. Try a Marilyn Monroe omelette ... with hot chilli, tomato with cheese ... some like it hot!
  • Eggs: scramble, fried sunny side up or easy over, boiled or poached, on toast or without. Can be served with a choice of fresh or grilled tomato, onions, mushroom and/or ham ( we do not offer bacon, sorry)
  • Pancakes or French Toast ( savoury or sweet ) or a slice of banana bread for those with a sweet tooth. Served with warmed syrup. Try sliced fried banana on top.
  • Corn Flakes, Bran or homemade granola
  • Yoghurt, plain or fruit
  • Seasonal Fruit smoothy ... a meal in itself
  • "Green Jenny Special”, a healthy green juice made of seasonal fresh vegetables and a touch of fruit. A satisfying and healthy meal option.
  • Cheese variety: cheddar, danish feta, brie, camembert, emmental
  • Ham or salami
  • Mixed nuts & seeds
  • Toasted Bread: white, brown or seeded wholewheat Jam and Butter will be on your table.
  • Seasonal fruits always available
  • The breakfast is served with freshly squeezed orange juice, Catturra’s freshly ground coffee in a plunger or Nespressos A wide range of tea is also available including fresh mint from the Boutique@10 garden.
